Update - Our team is continuing to work with affected customers as we investigate the checkout issue impacting some Duo devices.
The issue is still not impacting all customers in the same way. Some customers have seen improvement after reinstalling the latest version of the Duo app and confirming their iPads are updated to the latest iPadOS version, while others may continue to experience a blank checkout screen or skipped gratuity screen.
