It has come to our attention that a third-party technical issue is preventing some of your clients (specifically, those whose mobile carrier is T-Mobile) from responding to text messages sent from your Boulevard booking line. Though this issue is beyond our control, we are communicating with the technical partners involved and have been assured they are actively working to resolve the issue. We will continue monitoring and post an update here as soon as the issue is resolved. In the interim, if you need to contact a client urgently, we recommend using an alternate means.
