We identified and resolved an issue with synchronization errors between Boulevard and Shopify. Upon review, Customers making inventory changes in Boulevard between 12/22/23 and 1/6/24 may have experienced discrepancies with counts in Shopify. Boulevard is able to assist with reconciliation efforts as requested.
Note: The Shopify-to-Boulevard adjustments were not impacted by this error.
